What payment methods are integrated in the shop?
We support all of the major payment methods such as PayPal, Google Checkout, Authorize.net, WorldPay, 2CO (2Checkout), COD, Bank Transfer.
Is a merchant account included in your shop?
Although our shops easily integrate with the leading merchant accounts, we do not provide a merchant account with your shop. If you want a merchant account then you will need to set one up through Authorize.net or 2Checkout.
Can I process credit cards through my shop?
Yes. You can either use PayPal or Google checkout which will process credit cards for you. Or you can setup a merchant account and use Authorize.net or 2Checkout to process credit cards as well.
If I already have a website, can I still use your shop?
Absolutely! You can link your website or specific URL (e.g. http://yourdomain.com/shop) to a shop hosted on our system. We will provide you easy to follow instructions on how to do it.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes and we actually recommend you do! We will provide you with instructions on how to change the settings in your domain’s registrar to work with your TurnkeyShop.
Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Although we would hate to see you go, you can cancel your account at anytime. If you have already paid for a month’s service then your website will remain active until the end of the service period.
(Currently we do not have the dropshipping feature, we plan to have this option in the near future)
How does dropshipping work?
The idea behind dropshipping is quite simple. You accept orders and payment from customers for goods that you advertise on your website. You don’t hold any stock of these goods. Instead you place an order with the dropshipper (or wholesaler) who delivers the goods directly to your customer’s address. The paperwork accompanying the delivery will make it appear that the goods were delivered directly from your business. Your customer pays the retail prices fixed by you, while you pay the wholesale price from the supplier, thereby making a profit.
I have my own products, can I still use TurnkeyShop?
Of course you can! Don’t want a prefilled shop? No problem, during the shop building process you have the choice to select an empty shop. Once your shop is built, you can easily add your own products using the ShopManager.
Can I use my own products and dropship products?
Yes! Just select the niche that you desire when building your shop, then easily add your own products using the ShopManager. You can also remove certain products or categories if needed.
